bought a Nissan Altima from Chris Mamou. He made me feel as if he was
generally interested in my needs and concerns. He was upfront with me on
everything. Even after the sale when it was time for my first service
he picked up the car himself from my wife's job and got it service. I
enjoy the service so much that I bought another 3 months later. The
atmosphere at the dealership is alot different than the other
dealerships I visited. Everyone is polite and eager to help . I have and
will continue to recommend Nissan of Opelousas and especially Mr.Chris

a note to say that I purchased a car from Giles and was highly
impressed with the level of service received from my salesperson Pete
Colvin as well as the other people that I came in contact with...the
respect shown as a buyer and the problem solving issues were handled
w/magnificent clarity and impeccable courtesy and indulgence...always
patient to answer all questions ask and a follow-up routine that was
extraordinary in delivery. Ginger who worked diligently to help solve a
problem we were having as well as Barbara and Becky....Pete, my
salesperson was always involved to the end; again, I was truly impressed
with the level of team-work displayed throughout the transaction...at a
later date I was contacted by someone who had car mats for me and an
manual that I had requested earlier...he too(do not remember his
name)showed absolute business etiquette in addressing me and my
request...I have referred others to Giles and they all came away with a
sense if appreciation for the customer service received. What a TEAM
and what a display of teamwork coming together. Thanking all of you for
the level of accomplishment in helping me to obtain my new vehicle.
